Beginners' American Sign Language I
Introduction to American Sign Language (ASL) and the culture of deaf people. Covers material in matriculation-level ASL. It teaches basic communication and conversational skills in ASL and is for students with no background in ASL. Course Hours:3 units; H(3-1) Notes:Preference in enrolment is given to students in Medicine, Nursing, and Social Work.
