Professors Michael Nesbitt and Lisa Silver have published papers in the law journal.
Michael's paper, "An Empirical and Qualitative Study of Expert Opinion Evidence in Canadian Terrorism Cases: November 2001 to December 2019," co-authored with Ian Wylie, explores the use of expert witnesses and the role they will play in terrorism prosecutions in Canada.
Lisa's paper, "The Unclear Picture of Social Media Evidence," explores our legal relationship with social media, and the role social media content will play in cases moving forward.
