Professor published in Canadian Business Law journal

Professor Jassmine Girgis has published an article in the Canadian Business Law Journal from the University of Toronto.

Jassmine's article, “A Generalized Duty of Good Faith in Insolvency Proceedings: Effective or Meaningless?” challenges the effectiveness of the new statutory duty of good faith in insolvency proceedings, maintaining that as a general, free-standing and abstract duty, it is unworkable and devoid of meaning.
