Step 1 - Set up your workstation

Office ergonomics training is required for all office workers. Choose one or more of the following training options: 

Step 2 - Practice good work behaviours

Complete five minutes of microbreaks for each hour worked: work relief exercises and/or micro-break activities

Set microbreak reminders on your device. 

Use these tips to help decrease screen time and keyboarding .
