MaPS Member News: November 2020
November 30, 2020
Greetings from the MaPS Executive Committee! Remote work has made it challenging to connect with peers and we’re hearing from many MaPS community members that they’re missing seeing friendly faces in the corridors and the food court. With that feedback in mind, the MaPS Executive Committee has focused on bringing you a variety of ways to re-connect with your peers. Check out the options below and we hope we’ll see you soon!

D2L Community of Practice
The MaPS executive committee is launching a D2L space to build communities between MaPS staff. The D2L site is a space which allows you to get to know your MaPS Executive Committee, MaPS representatives on various University-wide committees, and each other! Over the coming months, we hope to create communities of practices on topics of interest to participants, as well as connections and learning within the digital environment.
If you are interested in being added to the D2L site, please email (mapsinfo@ucalgary.ca) with your name and email address.
MaPS Peer Connections
If you would be interested in a virtual introduction to grow your network on campus send us an email at mapsinfo@ucalgary.ca and we will connect you with others who want to meet up for a virtual coffee.
