I am so grateful to have received a student award in order to pursue a graduate degree in public policy at the University of Calgary. This award has allowed me to focus on my studies free from financial stress, and I hope this award can continue to be awarded to students attending the university for years to come. My sincerest thanks.

There is no doubt that I entered and completed my program during the most difficult time many of us have ever experienced. With uncertainty and strain constantly looming due to COVID-19, the scholarships I received throughout my studies enabled me to continue excelling through the program at the pace I had set out for. The scholarships provided the financial support and reward/recognition I needed to remain motivated towards my goals as a student and full-time working professional. I left the program on a fantastic trajectory, both personally and professionally, due to all the support I received. I cannot thank the generous donors and institutions enough for providing me with this opportunity and enabling me to hit the ground running in this new chapter as an MBA graduate.
