Proposed Pedestrian Scramble crossing:

Pedestrian scramble, also known as exclusive pedestrian phase, is a pedestrian crossing system where all vehicle traffic is stopped and pedestrian can cross intersections in all directions (diagonally as well as laterally) at the same time as shown in the figure 1.
