Biography

Amy is a Registered Nurse with bachelor’s degrees in nursing and chemistry and a master’s degree in chemistry. Living with type 1 diabetes, Amy has a passion to help others living with diabetes and a desire to contribute to research advances. She has volunteered as a mentor for children living with diabetes through Riding on Insulin and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
