Designing Libraries for the 21st Century
Third Annual Conference
Libraries and Cultural Resources at the University of Calgary is proud to host the Designing Libraries III Conference September 28 - 30, 2014.
Librarians, architects, planners, designers, technologists and educators from across North America will gather to discuss the challenges and achievements of designing libraries and learning centres for the 21st century.
The event includes two pre-conferences and tours of the Taylor Family Digital Library, one of the most innovative and experience-rich academic libraries in North America. The Taylor Family Digital Library has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.
Designing Libraries III is co-hosted by the University of Calgary, the Coalition for Networked Information (CNI) and North Carolina State University Libraries.
