Anita Blackstaffe

Biography: Anita joined the Population Health Intervention Research Centre as a research assistant in 2006. She recently returned from Auckland, New Zealand where she worked as a senior data analyst for a private research firm. She has a master’s degree from the Department of Sociology at the University of Calgary and has worked as an analyst on several quantitative research projects.

Research Interests: School health, effects of multiple contexts on children’s outcomes, sociology of the family, demography, quantitative research methods.
