Donna Baird

Biography: Donna is a 2nd year PhD student in the Population Health Intervention Research Centre, supervised by Dr. Penny Hawe. She holds a Master of Nursing (2001) from the University of Calgary and brings with her over 22 years of experience in areas such as undergraduate nursing education, senior nursing management, clinical trials management, Primary Health Care reform, program/curriculum development and program evaluation.

Donna is the recipient of a Markin Graduate Scholarship 2009 - 2010.

Research Interests: Attributes of a healthy work environment, social network analysis, organizational (social) change in the context of complex community-based interventions.
