Case Studies on Nurse Abuse

• Examine the two case studies cited in Forensic Cases pertaining to incidences of violence in the clinical setting.
• Explore your perceptions as to whether the patients should be charged.
• After reading the Two Case Studies, and the Discussion of Issues by Elaine Rabin, B.Sc. (Psych) post on the Bulletin Board, whether you agree with the decision of not to lay charges in Case #1 and to lay charges in Case #2.
