Biography

Randesh Wijesundera is a first-year student majoring in Sociology and Secondary Education and aspires to become a high school teacher in either Calgary or British Columbia one day. He is originally from Toronto and moved with his family in August of 2020. Outside of the classroom, Randesh tutors underprivileged youth in Calgary and co-leads the Students Offering Support Committee through the Student Union. His favourite study technique is the Pomodoro technique, through studying in 25-minute intervals.
