Indigenous Orientation

At Indigenous Student Orientation, you'll meet other incoming Indigenous students. You'll also learn about the Writing Symbols Lodge (formerly the Native Centre) and its programs, meet the staff, as well as participating in presentations and workshops to help set you up for success in your new adventure.

Are you enrolled in the Indigenous Student Access Program?

Indigenous Orientation

The Indigenous Orientation is mandatory for students in the Indigenous Student Access Program (ISAP), and is optional for first-year Indigenous students. First-year Indigenous students are welcome to attend specific events in addition to their own faculty orientations.

Are you an Indigenous graduate student?

Indigenous Graduate Student

Indigenous Graduate students are welcome to attend this event, but keep in mind that it's geared to ASAP and undergraduate students. As a graduate student, we encourage you to also attend Graduate Student Orientation for higher-level information.
