UCalgaryStrong Festival
This April, we have the opportunity to gather the campus community together for a day of music, games, and good vibes. Connect with students you’ve only seen online and reconnect with those you haven’t seen in a while.
Play an important role in this annual UCalgary celebration by volunteering your time at activity stations. Volunteers are needed for the following shifts on Wednesday, April 12.
Volunteer registration closes on Wednesday, April 5.

Volunteer Shifts:
- Shift 1: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Shift 2: 12:45 - 2:45 p.m.
- Shift 3: 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.
- Shift 4: 4:15 - 6:15 p.m.
- Shift 5: 6 - 7 p.m.

Volunteer Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Volunteers will be assigned to one of the following tasks (more details are available on “Opportunities” page on MyImpactPage once you fill out the volunteer registration form)
- Signage set-up/take-down
- High-energy activities supervision (large inflatables)
- Low-energy activities supervision (craft table, labyrinth, photo booths, henna art, etc.)
- Attendance tracking
- Line attendant
- Food and drink attendant
- Evaluation roamer
- Read and understand the Volunteer Hazard Assessment
- Log your volunteer hours on MyImpactPage after completion of your shift(s)
- Have fun!
