  • All academic events, including midterms and final exams are given priority access to classrooms on campus.
  • Many rooms across campus are booked either centrally or by the academic unit that has control of that space. If you are unsure who you should book a space through, please contact the Scheduling Office at the Registrar’s Office for more information.
  • If you are not a staff or student at the University of Calgary, you will be required to book your event through Special Events, MacEwan Student Centre or the Olympic Oval.
