Are you an incoming student looking to register for your first-year courses? New Student Registration Assistance, led by upper year students, can teach you how to build a schedule and navigate the registration system. We'll also connect you with other campus resources to help you make the most of your university transition.

New Student Registration Assistance available soon!
The NSRA team of upper year students is available to assist incoming students from May 7 to August 30, 2024. Email us your questions, book an online Zoom appointment, or book an on-campus in-person appointment.
Appointments must be booked using our online booking system. Please include your full name, UCID number, and contact email address in the appointment booking as Zoom details will be emailed to you prior to the session. On-campus in-person appointments will be held in the Student Success Centre.

Hours: Monday – Friday from 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:30- 4:00pm MDT

NSRA Support
NSRA supports incoming first-year UCalgary students intending to enroll in courses. NSRA for Fall 2024 will begin on May 7th, 2024.
Students must setup their UCalgary IT account with Multifactor Authentication before accessing the online booking system.
