Set up your UCalgary Email/IT Account

We only communicate with you through your UCalgary email account. By setting up your IT account, you automatically activate your UCalgary email.

Step 1

Go to the IT Account Registration Page and follow the instructions to set up your account. Once set up, this automatically creates your UCalgary email address. Follow the prompts and enter your UCID# and last name

Step 2

Once your IT account has been set up, your UCalgary email address will automatically appear up in your Student Centre under “email address” as your preferred account within 24 hours.

Step 3

Once your IT account has been set up, you have the option to download Office 365 on your computer and/or mobile device. Click here for information on how to set up Office 365.
