International Delegation Visit Request Form

UCalgary International coordinates official visits by international representatives to campus. To request a visit, please complete this form with as much detail as possible. The information you provide helps us assess your request and, if approved, support visit planning.

Forms should be submitted at least 30 days in advance. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 business days, but visit approvals communicated to the primary contact and/or the delegation lead may take longer to process based on the volume of requests that we receive. 

Delegates are responsible for ensuring they obtain all appropriate travel documents; inability to secure such documentation may prevent us from hosting the visit.
