On Tuesday, April 9, the University of Calgary will host its annual UCalgaryStrong Festival to celebrate the last day of classes. Campus community members are encouraged to participate, connect with friends and colleagues, and support a UCalgaryStrong community. Volunteer help is critical to the success of large events such as this one. Volunteers are needed to work various shifts between 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. on April 9. Volunteers will receive complimentary refreshments and a free lunch.

This year, roles include:

  • Signage set-up/take-down
  • High-energy activities supervision
  • Low-energy activities supervision
  • Attendance tracking
  • Line attendant
  • Food and drink attendant
  • Evaluation roamer
