All UCalgary communities invited to share feedback in Libraries and Cultural Resources survey

UCalgary’s Libraries and Cultural Resources (LCR) is undertaking a campus-wide survey of faculty, staff, and students to better understand the impact of its collections, services and spaces on the teaching and learning community. For those who complete the survey by March 27 there is are five chances to win $100 bookstore credit.

The survey is part of the LCR Impact Study – a ground-breaking initiative that uses an evidence-based approach to look at the ways Libraries and Cultural Resources impacts users. The study will guide LCR’s focus on leading and supporting strategic objectives that contribute to UCalgary’s research ecosystem and increase visibility to research outputs.
The Impact Study addresses the strategies outlined in the University’s Ahead of Tomorrow Plan, specifically: Increase access to impactful and future-focused learning; and harness the power of innovation and research to tackle society’s biggest challenges.
Innovation and future-focused learning require access to diverse, reliable information, and the expertise to discover and interpret it. Libraries and cultural resources is committed to providing access and expertise for the UCalgary community. Survey responses will inform LCR’s focus on services and technologies that empower teaching academics and students to pursue innovative learning.
The deadline submit your survey response is 11:59 p.m. on March 27.
