University of Calgary and BP Canada partner to provide new competition for students

Nov. 9, 2012

The University of Calgary and BP Canada are partnering together for the first Annual BP Canada Trading Competition. The strategic partnership includes a donation of Rotman Interactive Trading software for the Energy Trading Lab as well as the first-ever western Canada University Trading competition. Students will gain real-life trading experience through simulation as well as network with BP employees to foster innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.

Over 20 teams of students will be competing on Saturday, November 10 at the Haskayne School of Business.
