COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course will provide students with systematic instruction in research, writing, and the practice of critical analysis in the field of Religious Studies. Besides practical instruction, students will be introduced to a variety of theoretical approaches used in the academic study of religion.

Prerequisite: One of Religious Studies 201, 203, 205, or 273, or consent of the Department.

Note: This course is open only to Religious Studies' major and honours students and students registered in combined programs with Religious Studies.
