1. You are accessing the GEODE website from a computer on the campus of University of Calgary, University of Alberta, University of Lethbridge, or the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

2. Data downloaded from GEODE must only be used for research or other non-profit uses. You will not use any data for any commercial purposes.

3. You will not transfer data to any other person. All GEODE data will be deleted after your non-profit use of it is completed.
