Biography
David grew up in Arizona where he developed his love of cultures and language. After participating in a study abroad semester to Germany as an undergrad, he was inspired to join the US Peace Corps in Armenia. He has travelled extensively throughout Europe and ventured as far away as Peru, China, and central Africa. Wherever he goes, David dives head first into learning the local history, immersing himself in the local language and customs, and trying whatever food comes his way. When he's not off travelling, you can usually find him on a mountain trail or immersed in a good book.
International experience: Study abroad at the Universität Konstanz (Germany), volunteer with the US Peace Corps (Armenia), ESL/TEFL teacher (Turkey), volunteer medical facility site assessor (DRC, Uganda)
