Create and emphasize a multi-use corridor between
1st Avenue NE and the LRT Station that is safe, functional, and interesting
to use. |

Create and revitalize a downtown oriented mixed
use node around the LRT and local oriented mixed use node along 1st Avenue
NE. Issues such as the vitality of local businesses, the Go-Plan and city
wide goals will be addressed to create safe, functional, and interesting
locations to be in. |

Create and enhance ‘livability’ that
respects community interests in regards to expanding and enhancing recreational
opportunities, traffic issues, views, density, character, and history of
the community. |
