We are pleased that you have decided to apply to the BCR program at the University of Calgary. Outlined below are the five types of application to this program. In addition, these series of screens include:

University of Calgary Application for Admission (needs to be completed BEFORE BCR form 1)

Bachelor of Community Rehabilitation: Letter of Intent (needs to be completed by all applicants except high school students)

BCR Form 2: Prerequisites (for applicants who want their diploma reviewed for block transfer only)

BCR Student Planner

Choose ONE of the five routes below and forward the appropriate forms by the due dates. On-line forms can be filled out and submitted automatically. Forms will be processed as soon as possible.
