Sarah Damberger


Sarah is a Senior Consultant with Stack’d Consulting Inc., a boutique management consulting firm specializing in human-centric transformation.

She holds a BA Honours in Communications from the University of Calgary. In 2013, Sarah received the President’s Award for Excellence in Student Leadership for her academic performance and contributions to the campus community through her work with the Students’ Union and UCalgary’s Amnesty International Club.

A proud and engaged alumna, Sarah has served as a speaker and panelist at several campus events and conferences. She’s been a member of the Alumni Board’s Affinity Communities Committee since 2018 and was the former chair and a member of the Faculty of Arts Alumni Advisory Council for 5 years. She looks forward to continuing her contributions to the university as a UCalgary Senator.

Passionate about non-profit work and advocacy, particularly in the areas of human rights and social justice, Sarah enjoys giving back to her community through her consulting work with non-profit clients and as a volunteer. In addition to volunteering at the University of Calgary, she’s worked with Amnesty International Canada for more than 10 years as an activist, community organizer, and board member, and currently serves as the Vice-Chair of Amnesty’s National Board of Directors.
