Suggested vendors

UCalgary staff and faculty can engage outside creative help through contract vendors. The Brand Experience team has vetted a trusted list of vendors below who have previously worked successfully with departments at the University.

All vendors must adhere to UCalgary Brand standards and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in projects being delayed or canceled. Vendors who have worked with UCalgary previously can request to be considered for this list by emailing brand@ucalgary.ca.

If you are hiring a vendor, all requests for third party filming or photography must go through the UCalgary Accommodations and Events office. Requests can be submitted using their portal.
