Background: Chemical Engineering and Catalysis

Research interests: In my PhD, I’m focused on the mechanisms and kinetics study of dual-site Water Gas-Shift catalysts for H2 purification. At the University of Calgary, I’m working in part time on gasification of mixed feeds and the production of activated carbon for water purification. I’m also interested on catalysts characterization using different techniques as in-situ DRIFTS and sorption experiments.
