WELLNESS GUIDE
The life of a university student can be both challenging and exciting but sometimes extremely stressful. This guide is available to help!
This a web site that has information to help improve your life as student and beyond. The different sections of this site have some pretty heavy-duty stuff in them: sex, drugs (sorry, no rock & roll), spirituality, nutrition, love, depression, stress, time management, and even stuff about going to the dentist.
How we choose to live our lives is dependent on many things like your attitudes and beliefs about living, past experiences, values, priorities, the influence of others etc. Your current lifestyle most certainly will have an impact on your health status today and what it will be in the future. Other things like your income / social status, social support networks, education / literacy, employment / working conditions, your social and physical environment, personal health practices and coping skills, healthy child development, biology and genetic endowment, health services, gender, and culture also affect lifestyle.
