Wellness Workshops

Wellness workshops will be offered using a blend of virtual and in-person delivery. We will continue to follow all public health and University restrictions.

Discover Your Self Care Wellness Plan

In this one hour workshop you will learn more about exam anxiety, the impact it has on you, and ways you can manage it. We will focus on your health & wellness, managing your thoughts, active coping, relaxation skills, and test taking skills relevant to our current learning environment. Registration will open approximately three weeks prior to the workshop. 

Do you struggle with perfectionism? This workshop helps explore strategies to challenge perfectionist tendencies including self-compassion and time management tools.

Workshops in the community

Recovery College focuses on helping people recognize and develop their own resourcefulness and awareness in order to support themselves or their loved one’s recovery journey.

Everyone is welcome to attend these free courses and drop-in classes. No previous experience is required and with more than 30 courses to choose from, there is a course for everyone.
