The opportunities of a young and growing university are something Trika Macdonald is optimistic about.
“We have so many possibilities that we haven’t even uncovered yet. I’m really looking forward to the next couple of years.”
As the director of staff relations and consulting services since 2006, Macdonald works with staff across campus and sees her work in human resources contributing to the success of her colleagues.
“We support them so that they can be the best that they can be. They just really are a group of dedicated people, and I’m proud to be a part of that.”
Nominated by her peers, Macdonald received a 2010 ‘U Make a Difference’ award in April, recognizing her contributions in the areas of leadership and change management.
