Research Assistants hired by the Taylor Institute are invited to join the Research Associates Program, which provides opportunities to gain valuable professional development and work experiences, build upon their academic studies, and contribute to the evaluation, enhancement, and development of the Taylor Institute’s programs and activities. The Program also supports a sense of community among Institute's RAs and with the larger Institute staff and its collegial work environment.
The Research Associates Program is coordinated by Rachel Braun, who provides ongoing mentorship, informal professional development opportunities, and community to complement the targeted supervision and mentorship provided by the Institute staff member coordinating the RA's project.
The Research Associates (RA) Notebooks
Taylor Institute Research Associates Program Coordinator Rachel Braun has created The Research Associates (RA) Notebooks, a blog for Program participants and guests to chronicle the work and adventures of the Institute's RAs.
