Privacy

The staff in the Student Success Centre are dedicated to protecting your private information (i.e. course grades, academic standing, phone number, address, etc.).  We require proof of your identity to access your record. 

For in person visits, this proof can be your U of C Student ID card (One Card) or another piece of government issued photo identification.  

Proof of identity is verified in email correspondence by matching your ID# with your email account on file.  Please ensure that you always include your ID# when emailing our office.  

If you contact us by phone you will need to provide your ID# and answer questions about your record to verify your identity.

We will not discuss your record with anyone else unless we have your specific written permission to do so.
