Scent Free Alternatives

There are many scent-free, fragrance-free, or unscented alternatives available. All of the major grocery chains and drug stores carry an assortment of these products at comparable prices to the scented versions. Often, your favourite product will come in a scent-free version as well.

Look in your favorite grocery or drug store for:
  • Unscented deodorant
  • Unscented hairspray, hair gel
  • Unscented hand lotion
  • Unscented face cream
  • Unscented shaving cream
  • Unscented body lotion
  • Unscented feminine products
  • Unscented baby wipes
  • Unscented fabric softener drier sheets
  • Unscented hand soap, bath soap
  • Unscented sunscreen
  • Shampoos and conditioners without added scents

Some of the Specialty stores that carry scent-free products include:
  • Amaranth Whole Foods, Arbour Lake
  • Community Natural Foods -- 10 Ave. SW or Chinook Station
  • Bowness Health Foods -- Bowness Rd. NW
  • Morning Sun Health Foods -- various locations around Calgary

At these locations, look for products under the brand names:

Did you know?
  • one of the very best air freshener/cleaners is baking soda
  • one of the best household cleaners is white vinegar
