The Special Events Program clearly defines and stipulates the responsibilities and guidelines involved in promoting and producing Events on Campus. This is not an inclusive document, and any questions should be directed to Environment, Health & Safety during the planning process of Events.

Every Event must undergo an assessment prior to the Event to manage and plan for any potential hazards.
It is the responsibility of the Event Planner to complete the Special Event Program Checklist. If your Event contains any of the items listed on the checklist, you must refer to the appropriate section in the Special Events program and abide for specific rules and regulations.
