Welcome to the Riabowol Lab. Our laboratory is on the Southern Alberta Cancer Research Centre floor of the Alberta Heritage Medical Research Building (HMRB). The complex is connected to the University Health Sciences Center, the Foothills Hospital, the Health Research Innovation Complex and the Tom Baker Cancer Centre. The city of Calgary is home to more than 1,070,000 people and is situated in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. Calgary is also home to a variety of theatres, the Calgary Philharmonic, the Calgary Zoo and the Calgary Stampede. The city has over 635 km of bicycle/walking/in-line skating trails and is just over an hours drive from Banff National Park where one can experience the great outdoors via hiking, riding, skiing at Lake Louise, Mount Norquay, Nakiska or Sunshine Village, mountain biking, canoeing etc.
