Cascade Hall

Cascade Hall opened in 1999 and is our largest residence building on campus.  It houses 380 undergraduate residents on five floors.  Cascade Hall is mainly comprised of four bedroom apartments along with two bedroom and studio apartments.      

Room Information

Cascade Hall is available to all non-first year undergraduate students, including international and transfer students.

All apartment-style residence include the following amenities:

• a single bed, mattress, dresser, study desk and chair, and sectional living room furniture (except studio apartments). 
• full kitchen for cooking include, refrigerator, microwave, stove and kitchen table and chairs. 
• water, power, and heat are included in your residence fees.
• a telephone jack in each bedroom (where applicable) and in the living room.  Telephone service can purchased through Residence Services. 
• cable television is available at an additional charge. Cable can be purchased through Residence Services.
• public pay/card phones for outgoing calls are available on the main floors of all apartment-style residences.
• wireless internet  or ethernet network is provided in all aparments by RezNet

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

Cascade Hall has studio and two-bedroom apartments which have been designed for the needs of those students requiring wheelchair accessibility.  If you are in need of special accessibility please check it off on your application as well as fill in the comment section with the description of your needs.  Someone from our offices will be in contact with you to discuss your requirements when we start to process the applications.
