To change your name:
- All name changes must be made by providing official documentation of the name change either in person, by fax or mail (e.g. copy of marriage certificate.) Note: a driver's license is not proof of a legal name change.
- To change your name, please take your official documentation to Enrolment Services in the MacKimmie Library Block (MLB), room 117, fax 289 -1253, or mail a copy to our office. If faxing or mailing, please submit the Change of Address/Personal Information form along with your documentation.
The following can be updated through your Student Centre:
To change your address:
- You may enter/edit one address: Home (Mailing).
- Entering an effective date for the change will allow you to enter a future- dated address. The system will automatically update your Home (Mailing) address with the new address on the date you have indicated.
To change your phone number:
- You may enter/edit two phone numbers: Current Home and Other.
- It is recommended that you indicate a ‘preferred' contact phone number.
Providing an e-mail address:
- You may enter/edit two e-mail addresses: CAMPUS and/or OTHER.
- It is recommended that you choose ‘CAMPUS' as your preferred e-mail address. This should be an e-mail account that you check frequently.
