Student Centre Upgrade

Your Student Centre is getting a makeover

From Thursday, October 29 (6:00pm) to Monday, November 2 (8:00 am), the university will be upgrading the software that runs your online Student Centre. As the upgrade takes place, your Student Centre will not be accessible.

How this will affect you:

• All other online student services in the myUofC portal will not be impacted. This includes, but is not limited to webmail, Blackboard, and library services.

• Advising and student services areas, including Enrolment Services, the Student Success Centre, and the Faculty of Graduate Studies, will offer limited services on Friday, October 30.  If you have any questions at all, please call Enrolment Services at (403) 210-ROCK (7625). 

• Requesting official transcripts – please plan ahead!
  The upgrade will interrupt processing of official transcripts. If you require your transcripts or if you need your transcripts to be mailed or couriered, please plan accordingly.

  • Online: Transcripts can be requested through your Student Centre until Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 p.m. To ensure your transcript request is received before the upgrade begins, please make your request by 4:30 p.m. Please note: these online transcript requests will be processed on Tuesday, November 3.
  • In-person: Transcripts can be picked up in person at the Enrolment Services (MLB 117) on Thursday, October 29 until 4:30 p.m. Transcript requests on Friday, October 30 will be processed on Tuesday, November 3.
