Refunds
To be eligible for a refund based on course enrolment you must have dropped your course(s) by the appropriate deadline.  To be eligible for a refund or payout based on overpayment or a University administered award you must have a positive balance on your account after the appropriate fee payment deadline. Learn More

Late Fees & Penalties
Students with an outstanding, unpaid, balance after the appropriate fee payment deadline will incur an interest assessment of 1% per month.  Learn More

Fee Appeals
The Appeals Committee hears appeals for refunds of tuition fees for classes dropped due to significant extenuating circumstances. Your appeal must be supported with proper documentation, i.e. medical and/or (in cases that involve a death in the family) a certificate of death. Financial hardship itself does not normally qualify.   Learn More
