Online Banking Services
You can pay your student tuition account through Online Banking as if you are paying a company bill. Verify with your financial institution to ensure you are set up for online/telephone banking and then add the University of Calgary - Tuition Fees as a payee on your bill payment profile.

The University is currently listed with:

Finding Your Account Number
Your account number is <U of C Student ID number/first 5 characters of your last name>
(Example: 00486321JONES or 10005238ZIMME) or your entire last name if it is less is less than five characters (Example: 00486321SAM).

You enter the amount and date to be paid and complete the transaction according to your financial institution's website instructions.

NOTE: it can take up to 5 business days for these funds to be received and processed by the University of Calgary to your Student Center. However, the University of Calgary recognizes the day you initiate the payment (except Payment Plan payments).  Payments initiated on the deadline should not accrue late interest.  Payments intiated after the deadline will accrue late interest.

 

Graduate Payment Plan payments:  Students on an approved payment plan need to take processing time into account and make sure their payment is posted to their account by the Due Date listed under Account Inquiry in their Student Center.  Payment plan payments not posted by the Due Date will be subject to late interest.
