Paying Your Fees By Mail
If you have a CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT,  you can mail it to:

Cheques should be made payable to "The University of Calgary" and include your student number and full name.  Post-dated cheques are not accepted.  International cheques/money orders and bank drafts are not accepted.  

NOTE: 
To avoid late penalties, please ensure cheques are mailed well in advance.  Cheques received after the deadline may be subject to late interest.

It may take 3 -5 business days to process any mailed in payments, however,  payments received on the deadline will NOT accrue late interest.   Payments received after  the deadline will be subject to late interest.
