What to do if you don't see your cheque payment on your student account within 5 business days of when it was received by Enrolment Services.
1. Check your bank account to see if the cheque has been cashed.
2. If the cheque payment has gone through on your bank account, check your online student center.
3. If your student center does not show the cheque payment applied:
4. If the cheque payment has not been cashed through your bank, and 5 business days have passed since the cheque was received at Enrolment Services, contact our office to make sure there has not been an error which prevented us from posting the payment
NOTE: Processing time can vary during fee deadlines. As long as the payment has been initiated online or dropped off in person on or prior to the deadline, no late interest should accrue. If there was an error made on the cheque that has prevented us from posting it, the student is responsible for paying any late interest that accrues.
Payments dropped off or initiated after the deadline will be subject to late interest.
Payment Plan payments: need to be posted to your account by the Due Date listed under Account Inquiry in your Student Center, otherwise you will be subject to late interest. Students on an approved Payment Plan must take processing time into account when initiating Payment Plan Payments.
