Transcripts

A transcript outlines your complete academic record – any degrees you have earned, the courses you have taken and grades received in them and when you took your classes.

Official transcripts are ordered through Enrolment Services. You may print off unofficial transcripts and enrolment verification letters through your online Student Centre.

Note that transcripts cannot be requested by phone.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts bear the sign and seal of the Registrar. These are issued directly to other institutions/agencies, or can be given to you in a security-sealed envelope for you to forward on to other institutions/agencies. You may also order a copy of your transcript that is not sealed for your own records.

Unofficial Transcripts

An unofficial transcript is your academic record without the sign and seal of the Registrar. You can print off your unofficial transcript through your online Student Centre. Click here to learn how.

Enrolment Verification/Proof of Attendance

Should you require an Enrolment Verification letter/proof of your attendance at the University of Calgary, you can print this off through your online Student Centre. You can print of letters for exchanges, permits, RESPs or a general letter. Click here to find out how to print off your letter.
