Facilitating timely and meaningful recognition

I Recognize U (IRU) is another way we can recognize each other’s contributions throughout the year. 'I Recognize U' is an e-message board designed to help University staff thank their colleagues.

These messages are emailed to the recipient and can be shared with the rest of campus on a public page called ‘Who’s Recognized Who?’. The intent of IRU is to encourage immediate recognition, demonstrating how recognition happens all over campus.
