Overview

The Department of Raiology is one of 21 medical departments within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta.  Under the leadership and direction of department head Dr. Rob Sevick, the department carries out a variety of teaching, research and clinical activities.

Our faculty includes:

• 99 clinical faculty members, each of whom is also appointed to Alberta Health Services (Calgary Zone)
• 6 research scientific faculty members
• 3 scientists (non-faculty)
• An average of 12 research / clinical fellows and 18 graduate students
• 27 residents at various phases of their training
