The department runs several core courses in Pharmacology and Physiology. For example, MDSC 404/604 (Integrated Human Physiology) is a full year course delivered to both undergraduate and graduate students that addresses the major physiologic systems of the body. MDSC 501 (Biochemical and Biophysical Basis of Pharmacology) and MSDC 503 (Pharmacology of Organ Systems) are upper year courses in pharmacology that are taken by undergraduate students enrolled in several faculty-directed programs.
