Did you know that you have a postdoc association working for you? 

The Postdoctoral Association of the University of Calgary (PDAC) was the first association for postdocs in Canada and was formed in early 1997. The PDAC provides a collective voice for the issues of particular relevance and/ or interest to postdocs.
